We work on suitable surface issues, dents and creases. Card stock, era, finish and previous handling all matter. Analysis helps determine which approach fits your card.
Clean & Polish
Surface care for suitable cards. The finish and existing condition guide what can be worked on; not every surface mark can be removed.
Dents & creases
Careful work to reduce the appearance of dents and small or large creases. Visible traces and structural damage may remain.
What we do not fix
No whitening repair, missing-ink repair, edge recolouring or centering correction. The goal is preservation and enjoyment, not a perfect or newly printed card.

What is the goal of restoration?
Preservation, not perfection. The aim is to help you enjoy a card more by improving what can reasonably be improved. A well-loved card can still show its history after restoration.
Is card analysis free?
Yes. Card analysis is free. Share clear photos and describe the damage so we can discuss suitability, realistic expectations and the next steps before you send anything.
What does restoration cost?
Current prices are Clean & Polish €15, Dent removal €25, Small crease €30 and Big crease €50. Card analysis is free.
Prices may change with future demand and the time available for restoration. We discuss the scope and confirm the price before work is agreed. For a card with several issues, ask for an assessment rather than adding the prices together.
Do you fix whitening, missing ink or centering?
No. We do not fix whitening, replace missing ink, recolour edges or correct off-center printing. Our focus is preservation and improving the existing card, rather than adding back what is missing.
Can every card be restored?
No. Suitability depends on the card’s materials, era, finish, damage and previous handling. Not every treatment is appropriate for every card. Free analysis helps establish what may be possible.
Will a crease or dent disappear completely?
Not necessarily. Some marks can be reduced, but visible traces or structural damage may remain. Restoration does not promise a mint-condition card or a perfect result.
What risks should I know about?
Restoration is never without risk. Possible changes include warping, delamination, colour change and movement of paper fibres. The approach, limitations and relevant risks are discussed before work is agreed.
How do I send photos for analysis?
Take clear photos of the front and back, plus close-ups of the damage. Upload them to Google Drive, set access to “Anyone with the link”, and include the link in Start a submission. Avoid putting unrelated personal files in the shared folder.
Should I send my card straight away?
Please start with the submission form and wait for a reply. Suitability, the scope, price and sending instructions should be discussed before you mail your card.
How long does restoration take?
Timing depends on the card, the treatment and current availability. Ask for an estimated turnaround during the free analysis. We do not list one fixed turnaround for every card.
Can restoration guarantee a better grading result?
No. The purpose is to help you enjoy and preserve the card, not to promise a particular grade or grading outcome. If grading is your priority, check the grading company’s treatment policy before deciding on restoration.
