Shipping policy

We currently ship within the Netherlands. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery

We dispatch in-stock orders within 1–5 business days after payment, or after order confirmation if an agreed payment method allows payment after delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

This is the time needed to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier. Carrier delivery time is additional. Any different timeframe will be clearly agreed before you order. Restoration turnaround times are agreed separately.

We package trading cards carefully to protect their condition during transport. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, we provide the tracking details when available. Creating a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has received your parcel.

Delays, loss or damage

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days. If delivery is late, you may cancel the agreement after allowing a reasonable additional delivery period where required by law. Your right to cancel immediately where the law permits, and your right to withdraw before delivery, remain unaffected.

When using a delivery service we offer, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives them. Choosing standard rather than insured shipping does not reduce your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or appears to be lost, email contact@beezvreez.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Photos of the packaging and contents can help our investigation, but are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery details before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
